Subscription management
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PDFyra → Cancel Subscription.
When contacting technical support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, PDFyra version, a clear description, and steps to reproduce the issue.
Do not email sensitive or personal PDF documents. Sharing files is optional and is never required to open a support request.
Is PDFyra free?+
Yes. PDF viewing, document scanning, PDF creation, file organization, and unlimited general use are free.
What does Premium include?+
PDFyra Premium unlocks advanced PDF editing with monthly and yearly App Store subscription plans.
Does PDFyra upload my documents?+
Core document workflows use local device processing. Files are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
How do I manage my subscription?+
Open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PDFyra to review, change, or cancel your plan.
Is PDFyra available outside Türkiye?+
